Every appliance comes with a 12-month warranty from the seller, included as standard. The full terms are set out in the terms of service. 

3 and 5 year protection plans are offered by Loxa after purchase, through a link in your order email. They are insurance products sold by Loxa, not by Remarkit or the seller, and you buy and pay for them directly with Loxa.

When will I get my order?

Most appliances can be delivered within 3-5 days of ordering. Once your appliance has been collected from the seller (usually within 72 hours), you'll get an email to book a delivery slot. Choose the soonest one, or pick a date that suits you better.

Will you take away my old appliance?

Yes, you can select to add this option at checkout and our logistics partner will collect and arrange for it to be suitably recycled or if deemed suitable prepared for reuse.
What is the return policy?

Our sellers and delivery partners work hard to get your appliance to you exactly as described - but appliances are large and heavy, and damage can occasionally happen in transit. If yours arrives damaged, or there's a fault, your return is fully covered - just get in touch and we'll sort it. It's easier for everyone if you photograph it as soon as it arrives, so we have clear evidence to work from. Where possible, your seller can offer a direct replacement - but if you'd rather have a refund, that's entirely your choice, since every appliance on Remarkit is a one-off.

Changed your mind? No problem - you can return it within 14 days. Because collection has a real cost, that's deducted from your refund, but the option is always there if you need it. Please repackage it as well as it arrived, so someone else can enjoy the appliance and it doesn't end up scrapped.

Every effort is made to show each appliance accurately in its photos before you buy. Please do review them carefully, so there shouldn't be any surprises either way.
